Overview

Two-unit architecture, three material groups.

Our mechanical crushing and compaction product family is built from two physical units. The glass crusher sits in its own cabinet and operates with low-noise engineering performance among the best in its class worldwide. PET and metal cans are processed in a single shared compaction unit; material separation happens upstream (in front of the module) through material recognition.

Both units share the same mechanical and electrical interface logic. This lets the manufacturer connect both units to their machine through a single integration document. Design priorities are: low noise, dust isolation, operator safety, and modular integration that adapts to different RVM body geometries.

Units

Two units, three material groups.

Unit 1 · GLASS
Class leader · low noise

Glass crushing unit

A separate cabinet that processes glass bottles in a controlled environment. Our acoustic engineering positions this unit among the world's best in low-noise performance for its class.

  • In-field noise reduction through acoustic design
  • High durability, long-life closed system
  • Cabinet architecture providing dust isolation
  • Jam detection, automatic reverse, operator safety
  • Modular mounting compatible with different RVM bodies
Unit 2 · PET + METAL

PET and metal compaction unit

A single shared compaction cabinet for PET bottles and aluminum/metal cans. Material classification happens upstream (in the recognition layer in front of the module); the same mechanical infrastructure handles both material types.

  • Common compaction infrastructure for two material types
  • Mechanical solutions against bridging issues
  • High volumetric reduction ratio
  • Multi-sensor safety architecture
  • Standard control interface (connects to manufacturer's control card)
Capabilities

Adds to the manufacturer's machine without extra engineering load.

  • 01

    Closed-system architecture

Cabinet structure designed for high durability and long-life operation, minimizing exposure to the external environment; controls dust, humidity and acoustic emissions.

  • 02

    Operator safety

Automatic power-off when the service cover is opened, and automatic power-off in case of jams, both come standard. The unit puts itself into a safe state in any situation requiring operator intervention.

  • 03

    Modular mounting

Fixed connection interfaces compatible with different RVM body geometries. Mechanically and electrically standardized; manufacturer-specific geometry customization is possible.

  • 04

    Field-data driven

Cabinet geometry, jam detection algorithm and bin capacity parameters are designed not on lab assumptions but on real field telemetry.

Which RVM model / which need is it suitable for?

Market

DBYS-compliant Turkey RVM fleet

Designed considering TüÇA / DBYS requirements and data flow scenarios; speeds up the manufacturer's Turkey approval process.

Market

EU DRS markets

Design approach aligned with DRS practices in Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland and Bulgaria.

Location

High-volume retail locations

Cabinet structure optimized for durability and continuous operation under intensive use conditions.

Program

OEM / ODM custom machine programs

White-label modules that integrate into the manufacturer's design identity; geometry and color customizable.

Integration

Connects to the manufacturer's existing control architecture through standard interfaces.

Mechanical

Standardized fixed connection interfaces. Customizable based on the manufacturer's body geometry; rapid adaptation to typical RVM body types.

Electrical

Industrial supply and standard digital signals connect to the manufacturer's control card. Service cover interlock and jam-detection-triggered power-off lines are resolved inside the unit; no additional safety circuitry required on the manufacturer side.

Software

Status, error, count and performance signals can be read over a standard bus. Optional connection to the Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics software.
