Our Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics software lets manufacturers see their deployed RVM fleets in real time, react to alarms when they fire, and plan preventive maintenance. The web-based management panel and the native iOS / Android mobile app are delivered together.

With multi-tenant support the software runs multi-tenant: every manufacturer accesses only its own fleet; data is not shared across manufacturers. The license is granted to the manufacturer; field operators communicate with the manufacturer rather than directly with Morecycle — our channel commitment is inviolable.

A web-based management console for the manufacturer's HQ. Monitor the entire fleet on one screen, see alarms, trigger OTA updates, manage user roles.

    Real-time monitoring

    Machines send periodic heartbeats over the MQTT broker; status, alarm and counter signals reach the panel and mobile app within sub-second latency.

    Remote intervention

    From the manufacturer's HQ or a technician's mobile app, real-time commands are applied to the machine: service / cleaning mode, alarm acknowledge and reset, configuration changes, accept/reject thresholds. Most issues are resolved remotely without a field visit.

    Preventive maintenance signals

    Component health data (motor current profile, jam frequency, bin fill rate) is analyzed; the service team is routed to the right machine at the right time, before the failure.

    OTA firmware deployment

    New firmware versions are distributed on a per-fleet basis. The manufacturer applies updates without physical access to the machine; service cost and field visits drop.

    Multi-tenant by design

    Every manufacturer accesses only its own fleet; data is not shared between manufacturers. Our equal-distance posture is enforced in the technical architecture as well.

    DBYS / DRS reporting infrastructure

    Transaction logs and heartbeat data required by Turkey DBYS and EU DRS markets are produced in standard format; the manufacturer's regulatory reporting load is reduced.

    White-label option

    Variants of the web panel and mobile app can be released under the manufacturer's own brand. The manufacturer serves its customers under its own brand identity.

Machine side

The web panel can be hosted on the manufacturer's infrastructure or on our service. Multi-tenant; each manufacturer's data is isolated. White-label option allows the manufacturer's brand to be applied.

Mobile

Native iOS (App Store) and Android (Play Store) apps are licensed under the manufacturer account. Push notifications work through iOS APNs and Android FCM.

System architecture diagrams, API endpoint table, MQTT topic structure, security model, multi-tenant isolation details, OTA update architecture and white-label options are shared with NDA-signed manufacturers via a product-specific datasheet.
